
Finding the right fit ....... isn't always easy. From choosing a college to finding a comfortable shoe, we expend both time and effort. When I'm helping a new customer decide if Kuwata Pan Dent is the "right fit" for their practice, it's a discovery process. We want to get to know you and hope that you'd like to know us as well.
At the center of this discovery is communication. The prescription and impression that are sent to the lab speak volumes to the technician. Sometimes we have recommendations for improvement to this "input" so that we can provide a final product that will meet your expectations. After the case is completed, we actively seek your feedback regarding our "output." If you are not 100% satisfied, we need to determine what can be done differently next time.
Our seminars, newsletters, product updates and other information-sharing endeavors are all aimed at mutual growth. By providing you with information about the newest products and services we hope to help you "find the right fit" for any patient or situation. Although we place a strong emphasis on training and education, our knowledge cannot benefit anyone if we don't share.
We understand that our "getting to know you" approach isn't for everyone. For those who choose to stay with us through the process, we thank you. Learning and growing together, we begin to understand what you think and appreciate who you are.
