Since 1999, our Quality Management System has been certified under ISO 9001:2000. We are one of only three laboratories in the nation to have achieved this distinction and we did it all for YOU!

The International Standard for Organization requires rigorous audits by an impartial, registered third party to ensure that our company processes are effective in meeting our primary objective:

  • to provide products and services that meet or exceed customer specifications and are consistent with our commitment to quality.” We are required to explain all our processes in detail, especially those related to customer satisfaction, and demonstrate their effectiveness.
