Yoshinobu Umeda

Since 1980, he’s been helping our customers explore and improve. Many people already know that Yoshi is a Master Ceramist who served as assistant to Masahiro Kuwata while in Japan. Did you know that he’s also a very good golfer?

Ikuzo Enoki
Production Manager

It’s Ikuzo’s responsibility to ensure that your cases move smoothly throughout the laboratory and that all your specifications are met. Alumni of the Kuwata Post Graduate School of Dental Technology, Ikuzo has been with Kuwata Pan Dent since 1986. He’s also an excellent photographer and enjoys travel.

Lorraine Adesso
Operations Manager

Lorraine brings to our company over 40 years of practical business experience in banking, finance, administration and human resources. With us since 1980, her organizational skills along with her leadership ability and knowledge of business, accounting and problem solving has contributed to Kuwata’s growth and success over the years. An avid bird watcher, wildlife enthusiast, and gourmet cook, Lorraine enjoys the outdoors, her pets, family and friends.

Francine Ichijo
Marketing Manager

Since 1980, Francine has held many positions, from Office Manager to Quality Control Leader. Currently, her responsibilities include our quality management system, ISO certification, continuing education programs and marketing. She is a devoted mother of two who also enjoys spending time with her many pets, reading and riding her motorcycle. Look for her at our trade show exhibits.

Jesus Rivera Jr
Lab Office Manager

Mostly known to all as JAY, he began as an entry level technician in 1999. While working up the “corporate ladder” to become the Lab Office Manager, he finds time to ride motorcycles in the summer and snowboard in the winter. He will gladly go the extra mile for you.

Mary Jo Serapione
Laboratory Office Supervisor

Do you have a question or concern, but still aren’t sure where to turn? Call Mary Jo. Mary Jo’s responsibilities include ensuring your patients’ cases arrive intact and on time. She will address all your staff members’ inquiries about invoicing, delivery times and options. Mary Jo is a Jersey Girl, through and through. She loves spending her summers down in Long Beach Island and her winters rooting for her New Jersey Devils.

Yong Chang
Wax and Metal Manager

Yong began his career in dental technology in 1996 in San Diego, CA where he apprenticed in fixed prosthetics. He began at Kuwata Pan Dent in 2000 as a wax and metal technician. Demonstrating high technical skills and an ability to inspire team effort, he became department manager in 2002. He enjoys the thrill of motorcycling, but as a snowboarding fanatic, “There ain’t no mountain high enough” for Yong.

Maite Elorza-Williams
Denture Manager

Maite hails from Venezuela, where she was a top student in her Dental Technician School. She brings eight years of experience in removable prosthetics to Kuwata Pan Dent, where her delightful personality and eagerness to assist others have made her a welcome addition to our Management Team. Maite takes great pride in helping the edentulous patient smile. At home, Maite enjoys an active life and participates in many sports. Look for her on the beach when the weather is nice.
